We are excited to be participating in the Paycheck Protection Program for our qualifying customers.  With that, we are currently waiting for more guidance from the U.S. Treasury and the Small Business Administration, including an officially approved loan application and checklist that will be required of our potential borrowers.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate the most accurate means of your applying for the Paycheck Protection Program Loan.

In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact your Millennium banker to share your interest in the Program or to assist you with any questions regarding other means of relief you may be seeking during these unprecedented times.

In effort to reduce face-to-face interaction, Millennium Bank has closed its five branches to unscheduled lobby traffic effective March 19, 2020. We encourage our customers to visit our drive-through windows at our East Brainerd, Hixson, Ooltewah and Shallowford Road locations for your banking needs.

Our dedication to serving our customers will not be affected during this time. In addition to drive-through window services available Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., we encourage you to:

We understand that some urgent services must be facilitated in our lobby. If you must meet with your Millennium Bank advisor for immediate needs such as loan closings, please contact him or her directly to schedule a meeting. Please refrain from scheduling an appointment if you have recently traveled out of the country, been exposed to a confirmed case of COVID-19 or are displaying cold or flu symptoms. We ask all visitors to wash your hands before and after your visit.
